What You’ll Do
Perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct routine inspections and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to uphold quality standards.
Support vendor coordination and monitor external work.
Respond to urgent equipment issues during off-hours as needed.
What is Required
Applicants must currently be enrolled or willing to enroll in the Automated Maintenance Mechanic (AMM) program at OWATC or Bridgerland. Applicants that completed AMM program will receive priority.
Prior mechanical experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLC logic, and Allen Bradley software.
Ability to read schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment.
Flexible to work in varying conditions and shifts.
Reliable attendance and commitment to safety standards.
Communication skills – oral, written, listening and great attention to detail.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Lean and SolidWorks experience a plus.
