Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during assigned shifts
Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
Assist in training and developing new team members
Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic math and money management
Problem‑solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast‑paced environment
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
Friendly, diligent, and responsible attitude with a positive demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Food safety knowledge or willingness to learn
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Salary: $55,000.00‑$60,000.00
