Responsibilities
Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage or mechanical breakdowns; troubleshoots when necessary; repairs or replaces worn or defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.
Operates machine shop equipment and fabricates required parts when necessary.
Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes–Oxley, etc.).
Performs other duties deemed by management to be integral to the job, including fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
Performs additional duties as directed by supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of experience as a Production Operator or Technician and/or formal training or experience.
>Experience in HVAC, welding, electronics, electrical repairs, industrial equipment installations, alignment, start‑up repairs, etc.
Essential Job Requirements Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience.
Compensation & Sign‑On Bonus Base pay: $33.20 per hour (increases to $34.40 after 90 days). Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 paid in three installments—$500 at 45 days, $500 at 90 days, and $1,000 at 180 days.
