JBS is seeking an hourly Forklift Driver / Shipping & Receiving Tech for the 1st Shift. The position starts at $19.25 per hour, with an additional $19.50 shift differential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures the effective and timely completion of all shipping functions.
Ensures shipping functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Completes and maintains shipping related paperwork, files, and records accurately and promptly.
Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all receiving functions.
Completes all receiving documentation in accordance with USDA, SQF, customer, and company policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains good communication, coordination, and working relations with company personnel and management.
Assumes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lb.
Standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, crouching, kneeling intermittently.
Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Must be able to frequently and regularly use wrists, hands, and fingers.
Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents, products, or operate machinery.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lb., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lb., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lb. throughout the day.
Additional qualifications as needed.
Work Environment Must be able to work for long hours in a no‑kill food processing environment that is wet, damp, and cold. Temperatures frequently around 34°F; employees are expected to remain in these conditions for most of their workdays.
