Responsibilities
Pick or put‑away boxes from cages into racks (VNA)
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment
Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
Inspect assigned equipment daily
Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards
Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas
Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped
Move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
Report quality variances
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee tight inventory control and security
Assist in physical inventories
Ensure proper stock rotation
Follow customer requirements and other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and safe loading/unloading
Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, and Maintenance as necessary
Perform good housekeeping practices (clean as you go)
Operate operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self‑corrected to leadership
Follow corporate and site‑specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed
Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate
Other duties as assigned
Schedule
Night shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Compensation
$18.50 per hour
Shift differential $2.00 per hour

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must successfully complete post‑hire assessments
Must obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA, company, etc.)
Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (protective footwear, eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies
