Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in various store operations, including cleaning and restocking supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent phone communication abilities
Basic computer proficiency for order processing
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Willingness to learn and perform food preparation tasks, specifically pizza making
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail in order taking and food preparation
Team player mentality with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
