Converting Operator – Tier One

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
We’re looking for a Converting Operator who takes pride in precision and efficiency. In this role, you’ll operate converting machines to produce top‑quality products while keeping safety and performance at the forefront.
Responsibilities
Operate converting machines safely and efficiently.
Inspect products to ensure quality and minimize waste.
Meet or exceed production standards.
Perform housekeeping and quality audits.
Pack and palletize goods for shipment.
Maintain supplies to reduce downtime.
Communicate with team members for smooth shift handoffs.
Record production data accurately.
Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist coworkers and demonstrate proficiency across all machines.
Qualifications
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic computer and math skills.
Comfortable with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Dependable with reliable transportation.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Three years of work history preferred.
