Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems, production planning, and inventory management.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Background in supply chain management or logistics
