Job Description
Tebo Dental , an Atlanta-based pediatric & teen dental group, is looking for a professional to join our motivated and ambitious team. The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional attention-to-detail and will be intelligent, organized, dependable, driven, forward thinking, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. Responsibilities:
Respect and maintain the privacy of each patient, and ensure patient confidentiality Work with dental staff, anesthesiologists, and RNs to ensure patient satisfaction Schedule and confirm appointments for patients Present treatment plans to include IV sedation Effectively explain the IV sedation processes to parents Report cases to DFCS when necessary Distribute and collect all appropriate surgical paperwork and questionnaires Pre-op patients Maintain a sterile surgical environment before and after patients are seen Manage and maintain the supply inventory for surgical cases Track and monitor patients while in surgery Complete post-op calls for all cases Field incoming phone calls and answer questions about surgical services Effectively explain financial obligations and collect payments Post procedures to the patients’ ledgers Verify insurance benefits Submit claims and pre-authorizations for surgical procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Spanish Able to work in our Lilburn office full-time Able to work between 1-3 hours on alternating Sundays Able to work flexible hours between 5 AM and 6 PM Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and the use of Dentrix Ability to protect confidential patient health information Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Benefits:
