Utility Locate Technician $22-$35/hr Phoenix, Arizona
ELM Utility Services is offering a Utility Locate Technician in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves ensuring gas, electric, and communication systems are dependable and well‑maintained by marking underground utilities to avoid damage during excavation. Accurately, safely, and efficiently locate and mark underground utilities using marking paint, flags, and sometimes whiskers. Use your mobile work system to receive daily tasks. Qualifications Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug, Motor Vehicle Record, and background check. High School Diploma or GED & at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license. Safety‑Sensitive DOT position; must comply with all Federal Department of Transportation regulations; using marijuana (medical or recreational) prohibited.
