We are seeking an experienced attorney or seasoned paralegal with experience in private lending operations to join our fast-paced, high-performing real estate closing team. This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote) offering significant career-building potential and client development opportunities within a respected firm known for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions
Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions
Maintain accurate data entry and case tracking systems
Communicate with clients professionally and promptly via phone and email
Qualifications
Minimum five years of foreclosure paralegal experience, including staff supervision and Bachelor's degree
Strong understanding of legal procedures, court filing requirements, and litigation processes
Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal terminology
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Experience with legal software systems, including Casemax, is preferred
