About Aldridge Pite, LLP Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi‑state law firm focusing on technology‑driven workflow synergy with clients. The firm is a full‑service provider to financial institutions and commercial clients.
Purpose Performs all eviction‑related functions in connection with foreclosed properties and landlord‑tenant matters. Responsibilities include preparing and filing court documents, understanding and navigating court procedures, assisting with hearing preparation, monitoring case statuses, and submitting filing fee check requests.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Provide paralegal support to attorneys and the Eviction Department.
Prepare, serve, and monitor legal notices.
Prepare, file, and serve summons and complaints.
Monitor cases.
Monitor hearing schedules.
Communicate with clients regarding litigation matters via email and phone.
Manage and update client case management systems.
Verify property addresses using foreclosure documents.
Review leases and ledgers, and prepare rent demands.
Handle incoming phone calls from defendants, clients, court clerks, and sheriffs.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma.
Legal experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to communicate professionally with clerks, judges, and attorneys.
Must understand/learn eviction law and local jurisdictional requirements.
