We are seeking a Porter to join our team at our luxury student housing community in Austin, Texas. This role is essential inmaintainingthe quality and integrity of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents. As a Porter, you willassistwith work orders,maintainthe grounds, and be part of an on-call rotation to address 24-hour emergencies.
PORTER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities. Assistingin maintenance situations. Assistingwith work orders. Upkeep of the grounds (Picking up trashon a daily basis) Assistingwithturnover;walking units, touch up painting, moving furniture, etc. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned PORTER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires lifting andmoving ofup to 75 pounds when lifting garbage bags as well as when assistin g maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks. Requires frequent bending and/or stooping when removing debris and trash from property units. Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
