Position Summary We are seeking two detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Clerks to support a new program within the Program Operations team in White Plains, NY. The ideal candidate is reliable, tech-savvy, coachable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clerical and scheduling support for Housing Choice Voucher Program Operations

Process contracts, verifications, reports, and logs

Prepare and maintain files and records (filing, scanning, indexing)

Manage recertification, intake scheduling, and tracking activities

Serve as a liaison for scheduled and missed appointments

Provide general program information and respond to customer inquiries

Support front desk reception as needed

Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience (housing program experience a plus)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable working with diverse populations

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3 years of relevant experience

Bilingual candidates are a strong plus.
