Are you skilled in preparing vehicles to look their absolute best? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Automotive Reconditioning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our pre-owned and new vehicles are showroom ready, helping to maintain high standards of appearance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements
Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs
Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights
Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle reconditioning
Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment
Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in automotive reconditioning, detailing, or collision repair preferred
Knowledge of paint repair, dent removal, and detailing techniques
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
