Job Details Pay range is $23.50 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, Saturday work may be required up to 50% of the time

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct audits and inspections of material at all stages, and of each process while providing feedback

Communicate audit findings with production team in process and during stand‑up meetings

Review and analyze audit findings for containment and corrective action follow‑up with the team

Aid in document control activities – posting documents, follow through with approvers

Use calipers and other measuring devices to conduct standard testing of finished goods

Aid in identifying best practices in the manufacturing of windows

Document non‑conformities and oversee completion of NCR activities

Validate product conformance when process adjustments are made

Qualifications

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Requires 2–5 years quality/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

Ability to walk/stand for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks)

Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation

Use of hands and fingers for fine manipulation

Frequent exposure to dust and debris from the production process

Frequent exposure to loud noises

Limited exposure to weather and climate change

Full‑time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
