Paralegal
to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who is a true people‑person, comfortable speaking with clients, attorneys, and outside parties, and who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and gathering information
Serve as a primary point of contact between clients, attorneys, courts, and outside vendors
Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and deadlines
Maintain case files and manage documentation accurately and efficiently
Schedule meetings, court dates, and client appointments
Follow up with clients and third parties to ensure timely responses and documentation
Support day‑to‑day administrative and legal operations of the firm
Qualifications
Paralegal experience preferred, but strong communication skills are essential
Outgoing, talkative, and comfortable building rapport with clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a busy office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems a plus
