JR105783Seeking Veterinary Full-Time Receptionist for Ophthalmology PracticeAnimal Eye Medical & Surgical Specialists (AEMSS) is currently accepting applications for a full-time experienced receptionist. AEMSS is a referral practice located in Katy, Texas, just off of Westpark Tollway and the Grand Parkway. At AEMSS we understand the bond between clients and their pets. We have a board-certified specialist and a staff that share the goal of providing the most advanced and affordable eye care possible.We are looking for:• A flexible team player• Critical thinker who is able to work independently• Passionate about making a difference• An individual with a positive and uplifting attitude• An individual who enjoys interacting with clients and staff• An individual who can communicate tactfully and effectively in stressful or emergent situationsRequirements:• Must be well spoken• A high school diploma or equivalent• Experience in the reception area• Must maintain a professional appearance• Must be able to clearly communicate with clients, doctors, and staff• Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions• Must maintain a positive and professional attitude• Must be familiar with scheduling, taking payments and posting an end of day.• Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8-5Accrued vacation and sick hours upon completion of 3-month probationary periodWe are a drug-free work environment.Salary is competitive for the region and is based on experience and the ability to meet the requirements listed.At AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
