Job Summary: Audubon Property Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property located in Shrewsbury, MA. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
Diagnose and repair
HVAC systems
Perform general
plumbing, carpentry, and electrical
repairs
Maintain and repair
residential appliances
Paint
interiors and exteriors; patch drywall and perform surface repairs
Conduct
preventative maintenance
on building systems
Maintain
pool
cleanliness
Respond to
emergency maintenance calls
as part of an on-call rotation
Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and team to complete work orders efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe environment across the property
Required Qualifications: Requirements include, but are not limited to:
3–5 years
of experience in property, building, or facilities maintenance
Strong knowledge of
HVAC, plumbing, electrical , and
appliance repair
Must have own basic
hand tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
and reliable transportation required
High school diploma or GED
Must pass a
background check
Availability for
on-call/emergency shifts , including some weekends
