Computer Support Specialist
to join our team! Responsibilities
Oversee and provide technical support for networking technologies. Resolve and troubleshoot malfunctions involving networks, network components, printers, fax machines, phone systems, and camera systems. Respond in a timely manner to requests for materials and supply service requests from staff and departments throughout the facility. Provide customer service to managers, supervisors, physicians, nurses, staff, patients and/or visitors regarding information on ordering, shipping, receiving issues, and related needs. Benefits

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required and 3+ years of related work experience preferred. Experience:
One or more years’ experience in a Microsoft Windows environment with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Licensure/Certification:
N/A Additional requirements of the position:
Must be tested for tuberculosis with a PPD skin test or chest x-ray upon hire; PPD skin test required annually or chest x-ray every 4 years thereafter. Must obtain and maintain a Class 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance.
