Part‑Time Relationship Specialist (HR Generalist) – Affinity Federal Credit Union
Affinity FCU is seeking a Part‑Time Relationship Specialist to join our team of professionals at our branch location in Piscataway, NJ.
Pay range: $21–$23 per hour (dependent on experience, education and other qualifying factors).
Responsibilities
Build member relationships by providing exceptional financial support and advice through a consultative and educational approach.
Open new accounts and enroll new members during the initial consultation.
Process applications, resolve complex member issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction with current products and services.
Inquire about future member needs to increase engagement and support corporate objectives.
Maintain and grow member engagement within the community.
Stay technologically savvy, especially regarding self‑service options, and keep abreast of evolving consumer needs and trends.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales/customer service experience essential.
Banking experience helpful but not required.
Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, desired.
Adaptability to new or non‑traditional environments and a commitment to community engagement.
Technologically savvy with a focus on self‑service options.
