Blaze Credit Union is hiring a Teller for our Golden Valley branch. We focus on people, not profits. As part of our team, you will help members meet their financial needs while advancing your personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth.
Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience of $5,500 paid over a 2‑year period, and $2,000 for non‑DNA experience paid over a 1‑year period for all branch and member experience center positions.
Description As a Teller you will:
Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of industry trends, products, services, and training opportunities
Enjoy working next to teammates and managers helping each other to succeed
Provide members with excellent face‑to‑face service on a daily basis

Your Schedule
This position is full‑time 40 hrs/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Saturday hours are paid 1.5×.
Consistent and reliable attendance is required to meet the organisation’s needs.
