McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Automotive Technician to join our team in Pell City, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires CDJR Certification to ensure expertise in servicing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide status updates and estimate repair times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Keep accurate records of all services performed.
Continuously update technical skills and knowledge related to CDJR vehicles and systems.
Requirements
CDJR Certification is preferred.
Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
