We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support an independent advisor franchisee with a financial advisory practice. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations, providing support, and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings.
Maintain client contact during the financial planning process. Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts.
Manage and resolve client service problems
Direct attention to detail and organization
Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
Effective and efficient time management
Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and records
Support the advisor with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Preferred Skills
Preferred, not required - Experience in a financial services or accounting office.
Preferred, not required - Familiarity with client management or financial software
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Work Environment
Office-based position in a professional financial advisory setting
