In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ausstellern, Partnern und Branchenexperten gestaltet das Team ein hochwertiges Event-Erlebnis – von der strategischen Konzeption über Sales, Marketing und Operations bis hin zur Umsetzung vor Ort. Ziel ist es, Innovationen sichtbar zu machen, die Community zu vernetzen und den Bar Convent Berlin als zentralen Treffpunkt der Branche kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.**Aufgaben:*** Unterstützung im Administrativen Bereich u.a. in der Buchhaltung* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Vereinbarungen mit externen Partnern* Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung von Reisekosten* Recherchen Wettbewerbsveranstaltungen* Vor- und Nachbereitungen von Terminen, intern und extern* Erstellung von Präsentation und Verkaufsunterlagen sowie Briefing Dokumenten* Klassische Buchhaltung und Ablage sowie Assistenzaufgaben.* Unterstützung vor Ort in Berlin zur Messelaufzeit, ist möglich falls gewünscht.**Anforderungen:*** Eingeschriebener Student an einer Hochschule oder Universität, Studiengang passend zur Position, z. B.
