Job Title & Location Receptionist / Office Assistant (Tucson, AZ)

Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, and vendors, setting a professional, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere.

Handle phone-related duties including answering and redirecting calls, welcoming potential residents, answering basic questions, providing directions, and taking and forwarding messages.

Perform administrative and clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and managing email and standard mail efforts.

Coordinate mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.), calendaring and scheduling, invoicing, client file updates, and ordering office supplies.

Typify memos, updates, notices, reports, and other documents, as well as ordering, receiving, inventorying, and maintaining office supplies.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant.

Experience operating office equipment such as phones, computers, copiers, and printers.

Proficient computer/internet skills.

Job Requirements

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

May be required to work some weekends due to events.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least 1 year of receptionist or related office experience.

Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
