Responsibilities
Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
Qualifications
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Energetic, dependable, passionate; at least 18 years old.
