Work closely with management to ensure staffing goals are met Create and update job postings to attract desired candidates Utilize platforms like Indeed, CareerPlug, FaceBook and others Assess resumes based on relevant experience Conduct phone screening interviews and keep detailed notes in a spreadsheet Schedule interviews across multiple calendars and manage candidate communication Actively follow up with management on interview statuses Email offer letters and assist in the onboarding process Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule. Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented, detail-oriented, reliable, and self-driven with a strong work ethic. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and management Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment About us
