As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
Care for children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and serve as an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
Build sincere relationships with families to support achievement and your center’s success.
Qualities & Requirements
At least 18 years old.
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Ability to meet state education requirements and daycare center requirements.
Capability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation based on Position, Education, and Experience. Pay options: Bi‑weekly and Daily.
Lead Teacher: $17.01 – $17.67 per hour.
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full‑time employees; limited medical for part‑time.
Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification; 401(k) with company match; life and disability insurance; childcare discount.
Monday through Friday work week.
