Facility Maintenance Technician I (On-Site)

At LCRA, we are seeking to find a motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to support a variety of maintenance related tasks and projects! This role involves contributing to daily assignments focused on the maintenance and safety of our buildings and grounds, with a strong emphasis on adhering to safety procedures. Customer service and communication with building tenants are core values in this position. This is an opportunity to develop competence by performing structured work assignments, mentorship and direction from leadership and/or subject matter experts. Responsibilities
Regularly inspect buildings, garages, and grounds for damage, debris, lights out, etc.
Assist with the maintenance of irrigation systems, grounds, and water features.
Assist with furniture moves and installations.
Assist with carpentry, drywall repair, and painting as needed.
Document work into logs, files, system prints and other records and through communications, both verbal and written, with other team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
Zero or more years of experience in building, grounds maintenance, or other relevant experience.
Driver's license.
Great Fit With
Experience in Drywall repair and/or painting.
Experience in electrical, HVAC and/or plumbing.
