Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate communication between plant management and staff. Maintain accurate records and handle data entry. Support HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, and employee records. Handle accounts payable responsibilities, including invoice processing and vendor communication. Help with scaling. What Are We Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software (Excel) and data management. Experience in ERP software, preferably SAP. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Background in construction, aggregates or manufacturing preferred. Work Environment

Office setting within a plant environment. Collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. Opportunities for professional growth and development. Work hours 5am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to move around the office and plant as needed. Use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. What We Offer
