The Forklift Operator plays a key role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting material movement, order fulfillment, shipment preparation, and overall inventory accuracy. This role helps ensure efficient product flow and high-quality service in a climate-controlled distribution setting. Key Responsibilities
Unload inbound shipments while ensuring accurate receipt of products, packing supplies, and sundry items by verifying correct item, lot number, quantity, and material condition. Place materials into appropriate storage locations and maintain accurate location records. Perform fast-paced picking of customer orders, ensuring correct item, lot number, and quantity. Prepare outbound orders in a customer-friendly manner, including inspecting cartons and packaging materials safely into boxes, containers, and pallets to protect products during shipment. Follow departmental SOPs consistently. Maintain compliance with Quality Standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations. Work Environment and Benefits
