Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Job Summary This position is through Noble Chemical, the leading provider of high-quality and fair-priced commercial cleaning products and services to the institutional food service and hospitality industries.
The ideal candidate will average 10-12 stops per day performing Preventative Maintenance in an assigned account territory. Installations will require a general knowledge in the plumbing, electrical and mechanical fields. This is a primarily service-related position and will require the applicant to travel throughout the serviceable territory. The position will also require the candidate to be on a rotational weekend on‑call schedule.
Responsibilities
Preventative Maintenance, installation and service on various types of food service equipment and chemical dispensing systems.
Maintain professional relationships with all customers, co‑workers, vendors and affiliate companies. Fulfill field support obligations in all aspects of day‑to‑day operations.
Delivery of products to existing customer base.
Communications through phone calls, emails, and social media to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives within the company.
Increase sales with current and locating new opportunities and customers.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equipment service-related field preferred but not required.
Electrical troubleshooting, general plumbing skills and basic mechanical knowledge is required.
Ability to weld and fabricate with stainless steel is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
Customer service‑oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
Education This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.

Clean driving record.
Basic mechanical aptitude – electrical and plumbing experience preferred, welding is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
After‑hour on‑call during the week and weekend rotational on‑call schedule.
Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple functions at the same time.
Excellent written communication skills.
Business Proficiency in English Business proficiency in English is required.
