Qualifications
2+ years of experience building controls (preferably HVAC controls)
Ability to read & understand electrical wiring diagrams
Knowledge of voltage and current signals
Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet high
Willingness to work nights and weekends if required

Demonstrative experience in Tridium and Niagra Jace controls programming
Knowledge of electrical systems
Day-to-Day This role involves commissioning HVAC control systems using Tridium and Niagara JACE programming tools, requiring hands‑on experience and technical aptitude. Responsibilities include loading controller software, performing diagnostics from system‑level controllers to end devices, and resolving mechanical, electrical, and controls issues. Additional duties include calibrating systems with electronic test equipment, documenting changes for as‑built records, and maintaining clear with customers or clients. Administrative tasks such as time sheets, expense reports, and site documentation are also part of the role.
