We’re hiring a
Project Scheduler
to join our Data Analytics team. Ideal candidates have
3–5 years of experience
in project scheduling or project management with a desire to specialize in scheduling. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage design and construction schedules using
Primavera P6
Work with Project Managers, engineers, and contractors to plan and track projects
Create resource- and cost-loaded schedules, including critical milestones and long-lead items
Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet deadlines
Communicate schedule impacts and resolve conflicts across teams
Perform site walkdowns if needed and support operational planning
Qualifications
3–5 years in project scheduling or project management with scheduling experience
Strong knowledge of
Primavera P6 ; MS Project experience a plus
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident, proactive, and committed to finding solutions
