The Associate Material Handler ensures timely material flow to production areas, accurate inventory management, and compliance with company standards and safety regulations. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by handling, moving, and storing materials efficiently and safely to and from production areas. Duties and Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment. Accurately label and store materials in designated locations. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates. Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and as trained. Assist in inventory audits as needed. Follow safety procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material needs and issues. Minimum Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift for a minimum of 8-hours Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Basic math and reading skills for inventory and documentation. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency preferred. 6-12 months of work experience preferred. Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems). Willingness to obtain forklift certification. This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly pay rate for this position is $16/hour. The hourly pay rate is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting. Benefits
