Automotive Title Clerk - $21 - $25 an Hour Dependent on Experience. Previous Automotive or DMV Titling Experience Required. A leading dealership in the Columbia market seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to handle vehicle titles, tag applications, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years of experience as a dealership Title Clerk. Process Title paperwork on all vehicles sold both in state and out of state Communicate with customers and the county clerks office on related issues Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc. Perform general administrative tasks Other duties may be assigned Requirements - Title Clerk
CDK experience is a plus! Excellent communication and customer service skills Understand deadlines and be able to apply appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks Professional appearance and work ethic Strong attention to detail Must pass pre-employment screening We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
