Responsibilities

Duties will include technical and administrative tasks related to inventory and account management.

Assist in maintaining company's information technology accounts

Mobile phone management

Equipment Orders

Facilitate the interaction between end users and higher-level support

Office supplies purchasing

Coordinating department events (Catering, Reservations, Team building exercises)

Invoice Processing using Exflow and Dynamics

Working with the Accounting Department on IT-related monthly closing tasks

Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules

Work together with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of experience working in an administrative role or IT.

If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required

Experience in inventory management and solid technical background

Strong analytical abilities

Experience in help desk or customer service support

Strong practical experience of administrative duties

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
