Description of Role We are looking for a self‑motivated, outgoing individual to join our Operations team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will support the onboarding and growth of our merchant partners by managing onboarding, training, and ongoing success across platform accounts and related initiatives.
You will play a key role in driving product adoption and usage while ensuring merchants are set up for long‑term success. This role offers meaningful exposure to cross‑functional collaboration across multiple verticals and the opportunity to help shape and improve the platform usage side of the business as we continue to scale.
What You’ll Own
Conduct online onboarding and training sessions for platform merchant partners
Drive usage and success across both producing and non‑producing accounts
Build and maintain strong merchant relationships through consistent communication to drive platform adoption
Monitor operational performance to ensure partner expectations and company goals are met
Coordinate and manage operational, technical, and project‑related tasks to ensure timely and successful execution
Support the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day coordination and operational management
What You’ll Bring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead training sessions
Strong technical skills and comfort working with platforms, tools, and systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Experience working with external partners, clients, or accounts preferred
Proficient in Google Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
Experience in operations, onboarding, customer success, or account support is a plus

The targeted hourly rate for this role is $26-$28
This role will also be granted company equity via stock options; and it's eligible for a quarterly bonus
