Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Sunday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment used for commercial tires
Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
Work safely at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment
Be on the move and able to stand for extended periods; overtime may be required
Contribute to a culture of safety and adhere to safety policies and procedures
May assist other departments (e.g., ecomm, inventory, will call) based on business needs
The duties listed are not exhaustive; may perform other job-related tasks as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical demands: Must be capable of operating equipment safely; frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds; push up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires includes team lifts or use of mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. All equipment provided by U.S. AutoForce except for boots. Follow safety and manufacturer guidelines for equipment use.
Work environment: May be exposed to weather conditions; noise level usually moderate; fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
Ability to push up to 40 pounds
Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment
Adhere to all company safety policies and regulations
Ability to pass forklift certification
Willing to work overtime as needed
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
