American Honda Motor Company, Inc. invites you to apply for the Stock and Material Handler position at our Parts Center in Troy, Ohio. This role involves general warehouse duties, operating forklifts, managing inventory, and supporting Honda’s commitment to quality and efficiency.

Troy, OH Multiple openings at this site.
Compensation: • Starting Pay $26.61/hr • 2nd shift premium (+$1.10/hr, $27.71/hr) • 36‑month pay progression – Top Pay $34.19/hr + shift premium
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, ship, and receive all Honda/Acura parts and accessories.
Operate a forklift and other warehouse machinery.
Lift, push, and pull 25‑50 lbs frequently.
Maintain high accuracy in shipping and inventory management.
Qualifications
No experience necessary; we’ll train you.
Ability to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Willingness to learn and improve processes.
Strong team player.
Required Work Experience
Understand verbal and written directions.
Make calculations to ensure correct order quantities.
Stand for long periods, bend, walk, and lift 25–50 lbs frequently.
Work on an elevated platform up to 40 ft.
Perform 2nd shift (3–4 PM to 11:30 PM/12:30 AM).
Adhere to Honda’s commitment to shipping accuracy and efficiency.
Adapt to new methods and processes to enhance operations.
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Desired Skills
Customer service skills.
