Responsibilities The CRM Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management, optimization, and execution of customer relationship management systems. This role ensures that CRM platforms—including email, SMS, and customer data integrations—operate seamlessly to support marketing and sales initiatives and enable data‑driven personalization at scale.

This is a hands‑on operational role suited for an individual who thrives at the intersection of systems, process, and customer engagement. The CRM Operations Manager will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain system integrity, improve campaign performance, and enhance the overall customer experience through effective CRM strategies.

Manage the CRM platform, including configuration, data hygiene, and system integrations:

Oversee the technical and operational aspects of the CRM system to ensure accurate data, seamless integrations, and optimal performance across marketing and sales functions.

Execute and schedule marketing campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, lifecycle programs):

Implement and manage multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer engagement strategies.

Build and maintain audience segments, workflows, and automation logic:

Develop dynamic customer segments and automated workflows to support personalized communication and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Partner with Marketing Analytics & CRM Manager to measure campaign performance and optimize:

Collaborate to analyze campaign metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that enhance engagement and conversion.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication regulations (CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, GDPR/CCPA):

Monitor CRM activities to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, protecting customer data and maintaining trust.

Provide training, documentation, and support to marketing and sales teams using CRM tools:

Deliver user support and create resources to empower teams in leveraging CRM capabilities effectively and consistently.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or campaign management

Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data flows

Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, GDPR/CCPA)

Technical skills in workflows, APIs, and system integrations are a plus

Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Experience

Proven track record managing CRM platforms and ensuring system reliability

Experience executing and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, lifecycle)

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain audience segments, workflows, and automation logic

Collaborative experience working with analytics and marketing teams to improve campaign performance

Experience supporting compliance initiatives and maintaining documentation for CRM processes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and customer data management

Skilled in campaign scheduling, segmentation, and personalization strategies

Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements

Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and user support

Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities

Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Physical Demands Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.

Travel No travel

Work Conditions Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

This position is classified as “in‑person,” which means the physical office in Orlando.

Holidays – All full‑time and part‑time with benefits employees receive days off for 10 company‑wide holidays, plus 2 additional floating holidays to be taken at the employee’s discretion.

Vacation Time – All full‑time employees at the below the Director level start with 15 days/year; Director and above level have Discretionary Time Off, which for Directors is generally 15 days and for VPs and above 21 days. Part‑time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work.
