Executive Assistant, PXT AWS Infrastructure Services Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a senior‑level Executive Assistant to provide support to the Director of PXT for AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) and an additional Director. This role focuses on keeping the organization’s leaders and team organized, informed, and on task. Responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings with S‑team leaders, preparing materials for PXT leadership discussions, managing travel, handling expense reports, and supporting team activities and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Own complex calendar and scheduling for senior leaders.

Own domestic and international travel coordination.

Track and follow up on action items from S‑team and PXT leadership meetings.

Manage expense report coordination and submission.

Develop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities including staff meetings, all‑team meetings, off‑sites, and social events.

Track and help drive completion of key deliverables.

Manage team space, including moves, new‑hire location assignments, and re‑configurations.

Work closely with the leadership team and business partners.

Partner with other Executive Assistants across the team and organization.

Support a positive team culture.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of senior‑level leadership support experience or 3+ years of Amazon experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

High school or equivalent diploma.

Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.

Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of senior‑level leadership support experience.

Experience leading process improvements.

Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company.

Compensation for this position ranges from $66,800 to $142,800 per year, depending on geographic market and experience.
