We’re looking for a motivated, competitive Junior Digital Campaign Manager / Media Buyer to support and manage paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.

This internal operations role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytical, eager to learn, and excited by performance-based growth and earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Assist in launching and managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms

Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations

Help test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve results

Track and analyze key metrics like conversions, CPA, and ROAS

Support reporting and performance insights for internal teams

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or related fields

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms (hands‑on experience is a plus)

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Competitive, self‑motivated, and eager to grow

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
