Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Kansas City, MO for an RN Coordinator, Trauma Process Improvement. The RN Coordinator will oversee and implement trauma process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with best practices and standards of care. Key responsibilities include reviewing trauma cases for performance improvement, data analysis, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing action plans, and educating staff on trauma care protocols. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high‑quality patient care and continuous improvement in trauma services.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Trauma Nursing, Trauma Intensive Care, and Critical Care Medicine
Extensive experience in Nursing and general patient care
Knowledge and understanding of medical procedures and practices related to Trauma and Medicine
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to support process improvement initiatives
Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri or compact licensure
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher, along with relevant certifications in trauma or critical care
Prior experience in a trauma or critical care setting is preferred
