Job Description We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox team in NYC. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Sales & Service

Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)

Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox

Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products

Operational Excellence

Understand and uphold all loss‑prevention and inventory‑management policies consistently

Ensure personal comprehension of all communication and training materials, and assist the Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of all assigned operational tasks

Product & Presentation

Assist the Shop MOD to ensure that The Shop reflects the company brand standards; e.g., through execution of merchandising and marketing direction, and adherence to the Shop dress code

Maintain excellent housekeeping and organisational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps and in stockrooms

Professional Dimension

Build effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors and clients

Maintain working knowledge of happenings and general standards and practices outside of The Shop, in other departments to encourage camaraderie and team spirit

Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures; embrace and support company initiatives

Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with both tact and diplomacy

Qualifications

The ability to take direction

Experience in a customer‑service business; preferably in retail

Hardworking and diligent, possessing honesty and personal integrity

Excellent time‑management, organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills

Ability to utilise new techniques and ideasBe available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business

Pay Transparency: $17.00 per hour, with opportunity to earn additional incentives
