Lifecycle & Content Marketing Manager

Its intuitive interface enables clinicians to view diagnostic‑quality images and generate structured reports anytime, anywhere, ensuring timely and informed clinical decisions.

About The Role The Lifecycle & Content Marketing Manager will own prospect and customer journey marketing, including nurture programs, webinars, and content creation. This role ensures prospects and customers receive timely, relevant communications that drive engagement and retention.

Responsibilities Campaign Ownership & Nurtures

Design and execute HubSpot workflows and automations for email nurturing across marketing, sales, and customer success stages.

Own the nurture program, including segmentation, email campaigns, and performance reporting.

Plan and lead lifecycle campaigns designed to retarget, reengage, or drive greater engagement among prospects, and to create upsell opportunities among customers. Optimize campaigns via smart segmentation and cross‑channel, integrated enrollment triggers.

Own evergreen, bottom‑of‑funnel retargeting channels, and strategy designed to reengage and nurture prospects to drive more conversions and increase ROAS.

Content Marketing & Webinars

Lead and manage the webinar program end‑to‑end (Zoom Webinars + HubSpot integration), including promotion, technical setup, and follow‑up.

Create and maintain content assets (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, gated resources) to support campaigns and SEO.

Lead SEO/AIO/GEO function, conducting regular research, tracking rankings and results, and building content that is optimized for results.

Own website content strategy and updates, ensuring alignment with brand and conversion goals.

Build and maintain a content calendar for all channels and campaigns.

Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager on top‑of‑the‑funnel content needs and with Product Marketing Manager on product‑related content.

Own and manage all social media channels, ensuring regular posting and interaction, and driving toward greater engagement.

Support Salesloft content development and process optimization.

Develop and maintain internal style guide.

Enforce adherence to brand and content guidelines across the organization.

Analytics, Tracking & Project Management

Analyze engagement metrics and optimize lifecycle campaigns for retention and upsell.

Take a leadership role in supporting the development of a multi‑touch attribution strategy and lead scoring model, as well as methods for sales handoff at key touchpoints.

Support product marketing manager’s partner marketing strategy by executing on co‑developed and co‑marketed content via webinars, ads, marketplaces, and more.

Manage projects in Asana, following internal and project management best practices and retaining responsibility for tracking project execution and hitting deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5+ years in lifecycle, content, and demand generation marketing.

Expertise in HubSpot marketing automation and webinar platforms.

Excellent writing, copyediting, proofreading, and content development skills.

Extensive experience in building SEO‑driven content, with foundation in AIO and GEO.

Experience managing websites (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS).

Good communicator with strong aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration.

Experience working with sales teams to develop pipeline acceleration strategies and optimize lead quality.

Experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.

1+ years of social media management experience.
