Role Marketing Off‑Site OPC Greeter: welcome resort guests, create a positive first impression, support marketing and sales teams by engaging guests. Located at various hotel check‑in desks and other public venues, schedule appointments for vacationing guests to attend a sales presentation, hand off guests to the OPC Marketing Agents, and assist guests before their scheduled tour by answering any questions about attractions, restaurants, shopping, or vacation information.

What You Bring
1+ years of experience in guest‑facing roles, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in timeshare, resort, or travel industries.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to engage guests authentically, multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and provide accurate information.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams.
A flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed.
The ability to work at multiple designated local locations on a weekly basis.
