As a Planner II you will: Implement production methods and procedures to manufacture a variety of production quantities from various materials at competitive cost. Provide technical shop‑floor support in machining, programming, fabrication and assembly. Maintain and develop demanding production activities to achieve safety and quality standards, schedules, and maximum utilization. Manage Planning and Scheduling departmental functions including Purchasing, MRP scheduling, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving coordination. Determine manufacturing schedules, release of materials and direct labor jobs to meet machine and component demands for Huhtamaki customers and all internal facilities. Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, on time and complete. Evaluate all procedures and implement streamlined and effective methods that capture all expenditures within direct labor jobs.
