About The Role As a Residential Program Manager, you oversee multiple residential sites in Lucas and Wood Counties, leading a team of Program Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). You play a key role in hiring, training, and developing services that foster a safe, enriching home environment for the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise 3 Program Supervisors
Manage 4–7 residential sites
Support 16–20 clients
Conduct weekly site visits and provide direct care as needed
Advocate for individuals and actively participate in their care teams
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IDD services
3+ years working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
1+ year supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
Preferred
5+ years in IDD services
3+ years of supervisory experience
Experience developing new programs and conducting quality reviews
Strong communication and computer skills

Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts
On‑call and holiday rotation (backup)
Flexibility for additional hours and direct care coverage (1st, 2nd, 3rd, weekends)
Work Environment Primarily office‑based with weekly site visits. Must be comfortable providing direct care when needed.
Must be able to relocate to Maumee, OH prior to starting.
